Job Summary
To provide a best-in-class onboarding experience for SMB merchants, the remote Platform Implementation Manager will manage the implementation of online ordering and related products, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate merchants on product usage throughout a 3-month assignment with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Drive merchant onboardings and implementations by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth transitions to the Commerce Platform products
- Educate merchants on product functionality, addressing their questions and providing operational support during the initial usage period
- Collect and register feedback from merchants to inform product improvements and enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with merchants utilizing POS systems
- 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, and/or account management
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with individual contributors
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues before escalating them to engineering
