Job Summary

Driving complex enterprise software implementation projects, the full-time Platform Implementation Manager will oversee project execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with clients while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of high-impact software implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to foster project success and maintain high-level client relationships
• Define project scope and objectives, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee risk management strategies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience focused on complex projects
• Proven track record with enterprise software implementation, particularly in healthcare systems and integrations
• Experience managing data integration implementation projects
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is a plus
