Platform Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Driving complex enterprise software implementation projects, the full-time Platform Implementation Manager will oversee project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and engage clients while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of enterprise software implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive project success and maintain high-level client relationships
• Define project scope and objectives, develop comprehensive project plans, and implement risk management strategies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically with complex projects
• Proven track record in high-impact enterprise software implementation projects
• Experience managing healthcare systems and integrations, including EHRs like Epic and Cerner
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills and experience in data integration implementation projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is a plus
