Platform Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Reviewing user activity and identifying fraudulent behavior, the full-time Platform Integrity Analyst will ensure accurate outcomes and maintain quality standards while working remotely in the United States for a one-year temporary position.

Key responsibilities

• Review user accounts and transactions for fraudulent activity using internal tools
• Apply SOPs to make accurate, consistent decisions and escalate cases that fall outside defined guidelines
• Stay current on fraud trends, tools, and process updates while meeting performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Experience executing standard workflows with moderate complexity and consistent accuracy
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined processes in high-volume workflows
• Reliable execution with minimal rework and sound judgment for escalation within established guidelines
• Comfortable with tools, data, and case-based review work
• Availability to work weekends
