Job Summary
As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective coordination across various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the cross-functional incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing during incidents
- Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement long-term solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or a related role in digital advertising
- 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
- Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, and billing systems
- Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira and CRM systems
