Job Summary

As the Platform Integrity Lead, this full-time position will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring timely and coordinated resolutions
  • Act as the central coordination point across multiple departments, including Sales, R&D, and Marketing, during incidents
  • Identify trends in ad serving issues and partner with technical teams to implement long-term solutions
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within digital advertising
  • 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
  • Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, and billing systems and their impact on revenue
  • Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
