Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution and coordination across various teams while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring fast and coordinated resolutions
• Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams including Sales, Finance, and Marketing to address ad serving issues
• Lead internal communication strategies during incidents, providing stakeholders with clear and timely updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-moving environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
