Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring timely and coordinated resolutions
• Coordinate across multiple departments, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to address incoming ad serving issues with significant business impact
• Lead internal communication strategies during incidents, providing stakeholders with clear and timely updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or sales systems within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
