Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, coordinating across various teams to ensure effective resolution of ad serving issues while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross-functional incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring fast and effective resolution
• Act as the central coordination point across Ads R&D, Sales, and other departments to monitor and address ad serving issues
• Lead internal communication strategies during incidents, providing stakeholders with clear and timely updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-moving environments
• Familiarity with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
