Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to strengthen client relationships and protect revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process to ensure fast and coordinated resolutions
• Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing
• Build structured workflows for bug intake and ticketing to enhance clarity and accountability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles in digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, and billing systems
• Experience in improving operational processes in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
