Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process, coordinating across various teams to ensure swift resolution of ad issues
• Monitor incoming ad serving issues, collaborating with technical teams to identify and address those with significant business impact
• Lead internal communication strategies during incidents, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira and CRM systems
