Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring timely and coordinated resolutions
• Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing during incidents
• Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or a related role in digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, and billing systems
• Experience with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions balancing technical and business priorities
