Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process to ensure fast and coordinated resolution of issues
• Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing
• Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to drive long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience improving operational processes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
