Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage cross-functional incident processes, coordinate with various teams to ensure effective ad operations, and enhance the incident lifecycle while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring coordinated and effective resolution
• Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Business Operations
• Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
