Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business to ensure fast and coordinated resolutions
• Act as the central point of coordination across multiple teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing, during incident responses
• Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or sales systems within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, and billing systems
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira and CRM systems
