Job Summary
As the Platform Integrity Lead, this full-time role will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring fast and coordinated resolutions
- Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing
- Build and improve structured bug intake and ticketing workflows to enhance clarity and accountability
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles in a digital advertising environment
- 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
- Understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
- Experience in building operational processes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
