Job Summary
As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring coordinated and effective issue resolution
- Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to address ad serving issues
- Lead internal communication strategies during incidents, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate updates
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within digital advertising
- 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
- Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
- Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
