Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution and coordination across multiple teams while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross-functional incident management process to ensure fast and effective resolution of ad serving issues
• Act as the central coordination point among Ads R&D, Sales, and other business units to monitor and address ad serving issues with significant business impact
• Lead internal communication strategies during incidents, providing stakeholders with clear and timely updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
