Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution and coordination across multiple teams while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross-functional incident management process for the Ads business
• Act as the central point of coordination across various teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Business Operations
• Identify trends in ad serving issues and partner with technical teams to drive long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles in digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions balancing technical and business priorities
