Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the candidate will manage the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution and coordination across various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross-functional incident management process for the Ads business
• Act as the central point of coordination across multiple departments including R&D, Sales, and Marketing
• Identify trends and recurring issues, partnering with Ads R&D to drive long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles in a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and align stakeholders across different teams
