Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships in a remote setting within the Eastern Standard time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process, ensuring fast and effective resolution of issues
• Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing
• Identify trends and recurring issues, partnering with Ads R&D to drive long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles in digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Understanding of ad serving, measurement, and billing systems and their impact on revenue
• Experience in building operational processes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
