Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the candidate will manage the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution and coordination across multiple teams while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross-functional incident management process for the Ads business
• Act as the central coordination point across various teams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing
• Identify trends and recurring issues, partnering with Ads R&D to drive long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles in digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-moving environments
• Familiarity with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
