Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process, ensuring fast and coordinated resolutions
• Act as the central coordination point across various teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing
• Identify trends in ad serving issues and partner with technical teams to implement long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles in digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience in building operational processes in fast-moving environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira and CRM systems
