Job Summary
As a key player in the Ads business, the full-time Platform Integrity Lead will manage cross-functional incident processes, coordinate with various teams, and enhance the ad serving experience to protect revenue and strengthen client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of issues
- Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including Sales, R&D, and Marketing, during incidents
- Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement long-term solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within digital advertising
- 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
- Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, and billing systems
- Experience in building operational processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira and CRM systems
