Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business to ensure fast and coordinated issue resolution
• Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to monitor and address ad serving issues
• Deliver clear reporting on revenue impact and incident trends to Finance and leadership teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or sales systems within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions balancing technical constraints with business priorities
