Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will own and evolve the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor ad serving issues and improve operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business
• Act as the central point of coordination across various teams including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing
• Identify trends and recurring issues, partnering with Ads R&D to drive long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems
• Experience with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
• Proven ability to build and improve operational processes in fast-moving environments
