Platform Integrity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring swift and effective resolutions while coordinating between various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring coordinated resolution of ad serving issues
• Act as the central coordination point across multiple teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to address ad serving issues with significant business impact
• Lead internal communication strategies during incidents, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within a digital advertising environment
• 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems
• Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, and billing systems and their impact on revenue
• Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
