Platform Lead

Job Summary

To drive the growth and development of the Polaris platform, the full-time remote Platform Lead will oversee member experiences, programming, and community engagement while leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end member experience, ensuring effective admission, onboarding, and engagement processes
• Oversee programming and events, ensuring they meet clear objectives and deliver measurable outcomes for members
• Lead the development of portfolio services, enhancing business development, fundraising support, and operational resources for members

Required qualifications

• 12-15+ years of relevant experience in VC platform, accelerator, or innovation-network leadership
• Proven product leadership with experience in managing software roadmaps and community-focused tools
• Track record of scaling networked or community products with strong engagement dynamics
• Experience in running measurement and experimentation programs to inform resource decisions
• Strong background in leading cross-functional teams across various domains
