Platform Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Manager focused on modernizing and maintaining infrastructure operations in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud migrations and drive application containerization using Kubernetes
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security and compliance
• Mentor team members and manage engineering backlogs and sprints

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms and GitOps tools
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline design
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams
