Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Manager focused on modernizing and maintaining infrastructure operations in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud migrations and drive application containerization using Kubernetes
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security and compliance
• Mentor team members and manage engineering backlogs and sprints

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud security principles
• Proven experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD pipeline development
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Agile methodologies
