Platform Manager

Job Summary

To enhance Airbnb's Supply operations, the full-time remote Platform Manager will build and improve internal tools and workflows, focusing on designing scalable systems and aligning operational strategies with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a multi-year strategy for Airbnb's operations platform, balancing quick wins with foundational investments
• Align vision, OKRs, and roadmaps with senior leaders across Supply, Engineering, and Operations while presenting progress regularly
• Design AI-forward operational processes, determining the necessity of human-in-the-loop systems within workflows

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years in product management, platform management, or operations technology, with at least 5 years in a technical product management role
• Demonstrated experience redesigning operational processes in high-volume service organizations
• Experience shipping AI or automation into production operations, including designing human-in-the-loop systems
• Track record of delivering outcomes through cross-functional teams outside of direct reporting lines
• Experience building or owning workforce management or case management tooling, such as capacity planning and performance measurement
