Platform Migration Specialist

Job Summary

To execute a large-scale migration project, the full-time temporary Platform Migration Specialist will manage the transfer and verification of approximately 1,000 partner websites, social media accounts, email campaigns, and databases to new platforms while working remotely for a 90-day period.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate and rebuild partner websites on new platforms, ensuring content and branding integrity
• Track migration progress across all accounts using Excel, maintaining status logs and QA checklists
• Perform quality assurance checks post-migration to confirm functionality of websites, posts, and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including tracking and data management
• Hands-on website development experience with platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
• Experience in social media account management and posting
• Background in email campaign creation and management
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
