Platform Migration Specialist

Job Summary

To execute a large-scale migration project, the temporary full-time Platform Migration Specialist will manage the transfer, rebuilding, and verification of approximately 1,000 partner websites, social media accounts, email campaigns, and databases, ensuring accuracy and zero data loss while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate and rebuild partner websites on new platforms, preserving content, structure, and branding
• Track migration progress across all accounts using Excel, including status logs and quality assurance checks
• Communicate with supervisors and partners regarding migration timelines and issues while performing post-migration quality assurance checks

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including tracking and managing large datasets
• Hands-on website development experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar) or experience with social media and email campaign management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed standard operating procedures
• Strong written communication skills for partner-facing correspondence
