Platform Migration Specialist

Job Summary

To support a large-scale migration project, several Platform Migration Specialists will work remotely on a contract basis to transfer, rebuild, and verify approximately 1,000 partner websites, social media accounts, email campaigns, and databases while ensuring accuracy and zero data loss throughout the transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate and rebuild partner websites on new platforms, preserving content, structure, and branding
• Track migration progress across all accounts using Excel, including status logs and quality assurance checks
• Communicate with supervisors and partners regarding migration timelines, issues, and completion

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including tracking and managing large datasets
• Hands-on website development experience (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) or experience with social media and email campaign management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven work
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed standard operating procedures
• Strong written communication skills for partner-facing correspondence
