Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and management of data operations and performance processes for energy market participation
• Develop automated monitoring processes and collaborate on scalable solutions for VPP performance data
• Engage with partners and program operators to resolve issues and enhance operational success

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical data analysis or program management, with experience in wholesale electricity markets
• 2+ years of SQL experience and proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (Python, R, or Matlab)
• Experience in data analytics and building operational dashboards
• Familiarity with BI reporting tools and spreadsheets
• Strong interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and data insights
