Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Platform Operations Analyst will optimize Evio's proprietary rebate administration platform by acting as a liaison between analytics and technology teams, ensuring efficient support for medical medication rebate programs.

Key responsibilities

• Operationalize the rebate administration platform by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Translate operational needs into technical solutions by partnering with technology teams to implement platform enhancements
• Troubleshoot platform and data issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in medical or pharmacy rebate operations within a healthcare organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and programming languages such as Python or Java
• Experience with medical coding systems and operational workflows for medical claims or rebates
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with large, complex databases
