Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Platform Operations Capability Analyst will manage the Healthy Savings Perks and Discounts program, support the Approved Product List across retailers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize platform performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Own operations for the Healthy Savings Perks and Discounts program, enabling promotions for members
- Support maintenance and enablement of the Approved Product List across retailers in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Analyze data to monitor metrics and present strategies and business reviews to leadership and the broader team
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of related work experience in operations
- 3+ years in consumer payments, healthcare, finance, or a related industry
- 3+ years of experience working with large data sources, focusing on data manipulation and governance
- Deep proficiency with MS Excel and/or SQL
