Platform Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Operations Engineer to design, install, and maintain secure infrastructure for a modernized DoD enterprise system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain platform infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments
• Build and manage infrastructure automation pipelines using tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Implement continuous monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and uptime

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering or platform operations within secure environments
• Proven success with AWS GovCloud or DoD IL4/IL5 environments
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions in DevSecOps contexts
