Platform Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Operations Engineer for a remote long-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD frameworks
• Build and manage event-driven cloud-based serverless applications on AWS
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective automation and orchestration of cloud resources

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern DevOps practices
• Technical knowledge of Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Microservices
• Strong experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and EC2
• Proficiency in coding/scripting with Python and JavaScript
• Experience in building and maintaining distributed cloud infrastructure
