Platform Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Operations Engineer to help build and manage infrastructure that supports healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Platform Infrastructure by managing container environments, implementing GitOps workflows, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Build for Reliability by defining SLIs and SLOs, leading incident response, and contributing to disaster recovery planning
• Drive Observability by designing and maintaining monitoring and logging stacks to ensure system health and performance visibility

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience with core AWS services and strong understanding of cloud networking and security best practices
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane
• Proficient with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD and automation pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
