Job Summary
Leading the technical strategy for global OutSystems setups, the full-time remote Platform Operations Specialist will define security protocols, transition to Autonomous Platform Engineering, and design automated workflows to enhance platform reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for global, multi-environment OutSystems setups
- Define security and data residency protocols for AI agents within the platform
- Transition from manual maintenance to Autonomous Platform Engineering using AI to predict and prevent system failures
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years in IT Operations with mastery of AIOps frameworks and secure AI gateway management
- 8+ years in platform-level technical leadership
- OutSystems Expert certification and advanced security/cloud architecture credentials
- Strong strategic influence and innovative mindset regarding AIOps
