Platform Owner - Householding

Job Summary

Driving the delivery of householding strategy and platform, the full-time remote Platform Owner - Householding will manage the roadmap, define business rules, and partner with business leaders to optimize customer relationships and data integration across various banking functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Householding roadmap, prioritizing phases based on business value and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Define business rules for householding, including domiciling logic and member inclusion/exclusion, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between householding and downstream platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data views across systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in banking or financial services with a strong understanding of customer data and relationship banking
• At least 3 years in platform ownership, business analysis, or product management with a focus on data or technology strategy
• Experience with householding solutions or MCIF systems in a banking context
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong facilitation and communication skills
