Job Summary

Driving platform strategy and execution, the full-time Manager of Platform Product Management will oversee a team while managing product roadmaps and migration plans, collaborating across functions to enhance customer value in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own platform product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product lines
• Manage and develop a team of product managers and designers, fostering mentorship and career growth
• Lead platform migration plans, transitioning legacy customers to the current platform

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with platform or infrastructure experience
• Proven experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams
• Track record of mentoring and developing product management talent
• Experience driving platform strategy in a company scaling toward $500M-$1B+ ARR
• Strong cross-functional credibility with Engineering, Sales, and Revenue Operations
