Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Banking Services domains, focusing on objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable and compliant platform capabilities
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product capabilities, balancing feature delivery with reliability and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with complex backend or platform products
• Experience in payments, banking, or financial platforms, with a focus on bank transfers and money movement
• Technical fluency and system thinking to work effectively with engineering teams
• Proven ability to prioritize across various product and business needs using data-driven frameworks
• Experience in a high-growth B2B or B2C FinTech or finance environment is highly preferred
