Job Summary

Platform Product Manager, responsible for defining the vision and execution of products focused on safety and integrity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a product vision and roadmap for Anti-Discrimination and Equity products
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive alignment and measurable impact
• Manage product backlog and prioritize based on business value and user experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or trust & safety domains
• Experience with data-driven experimentation and hypothesis-based product development
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams without authority
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Background in anti-discrimination, equity, or inclusion is a plus
