Platform Product Manager

Job Summary

Platform Product Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for driving the strategy, scalability, and performance of the platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the platform product roadmap in alignment with company goals
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and create documentation for platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience managing and building software products from conception to launch
• Preferred experience in the benefits industry
• Data-driven decision maker with a passion for scalable solutions
• Experience in fast-paced Agile environments driving cross-functional initiatives
• Strong writing and communication skills to distill complex information into action plans
