Platform Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of the Digital Justice Hub, the full-time remote Platform Product Manager will manage product strategy, agile delivery, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the platform meets the needs of justice sector practitioners addressing war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Justice Hub platform
• Lead agile development cycles, coordinating sprint planning and ensuring timely delivery of features
• Gather user feedback and implement iterative improvements based on real-world usage

Required qualifications:

• Degree in product management, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management or digital platform development in agile environments
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; knowledge of Ukrainian is an asset
