Platform Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational running of US regulated entities, the full-time Platform Product Operations Lead will manage licensing workstreams, drive cross-functional execution on compliance deliverables, and oversee day-to-day operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive execution of complex programs across multiple departments, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance
• Act as the functional operating lead for US regulated entities, managing licensing maintenance and operational risk

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in strategy consulting and operational execution within fintech, banking, or crypto environments
• Experience managing or supporting B2B or B2B2C business operations, particularly with platform teams
• Familiarity with US regulated financial landscapes and compliance programs, including KYC/KYB onboarding
• Demonstrated ability to run complex cross-functional programs without formal authority
• Strong communication skills across various stakeholders, including regulators and commercial partners
