Platform Product Owner

Job Summary

Driving product vision and strategy, the full-time Platform Product Owner will manage a designated pod's stories and experiences, collaborating with stakeholders while ensuring product needs are prioritized, and will oversee vendor testing and production incidents, with the flexibility to telecommute from any U.S. location.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Gather and refine requirements while managing the product backlog and writing user stories with acceptance criteria focused on Trade Finance functionality
• Conduct system testing and impact assessments for Trade Finance platforms, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• Five years of experience in product ownership or a related role, specifically in Trade Finance
• Experience with Trade Finance platforms such as Fusion Trade Innovation and Trade Portal
• Proficiency in managing product backlogs and utilizing Jira for story writing and testing
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and experience in system testing, including UAT and SIT
