Platform Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Professional Services Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive service objectives to completion and support customer-related workflows using security knowledge and expertise of the Falcon Platform
• Produce and deliver kickoff and technical onboarding meetings, along with periodic status updates for customers
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and improve service outcomes aligned with strategic goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with operationalizing leading endpoint security technology and enterprise technology deployment
• Experience advising customers on information security risks
• Proficiency with common IT and Systems Management platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Citrix, SCCM)
• Proficiency with cloud technology platforms and container workloads (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in relevant fields or industry-related certifications are preferred
